May 15, 2005 Kaya Mo Ba 'To?

In the May 15,2005 edition of "Kaya Mo BA ‘To?," the topic of bringing building construction cost down to very affordable levels was discussed thanks to Architect Daniel Terence Yu of G&W Architects, Engineers and Project Development Consultants.

The call of Master Architect Gilbert Yu, founder and chairman of the firm bearing his name and his brother Willy, is “to lower the prices of decent condominium homes….to make it affordable to the emerging new generation that is our hope for the future.”

The bottom line is the “Build-To-Own,” a new system of providing condo units at very affordable prices of 40 percent less than other schemes in residential condominium development.
